In Memory
Mr. Eldon lost his beautiful wife, Heather, to cancer on Saturday,
November 28th. We are all sending him our deepest sympathy and love.
If you would like to make a contribution to his children, please contact
any Wells Fargo Bank to make a donation for Elle, Emma and Kai
Kartchner. Mr. Eldon is extremely grateful for everyone's prayers and
support. Understandably, he is taking a leave of absence. Ms. Emily
Rodriguez is graciously stepping in to cover his classes until his return.
Please keep Eldon and his children in your thoughts and prayers during
this unthinkably tragic time.

Holiday Performance
Our holiday performance is at George Washington High School (655 S.
Monaco Parkway) on December 19. 2009 at 1:00 p.m. The $45
performance fee per family is due now and unlimited tickets (general
seating) are available in the office. Doors will open on December 19th
at 12:30 p.m. All students will be dressed in their leotard and tights
appropriate for their level per our dress code. If you have any questions,
please do not hesitate to contact your child's teacher or Ms. Leanna.
Please note that morning classes will be held as scheduled.

HOLIDAY CLOSURE
The studio will be closed for the Winter Break starting December 20th.
Classes resume on January 4, 2010. We wish everyone a wonderful
holiday season and a prosperous New Year.

Off Broadway T-Shirts Now Available!
Help us celebrate our 10 year anniversary by wearing a limited edition
T-Shirt. All shirt orders are pre-pay only. We have two styles available: a
Jersey form fitting T (available in adult sizes only-$20) in charcoal, purple
or teal; or a basic crew neck (available in child sizes only-$15) in
turquoise, currant or midnight. To view colors, please Ms. Leanna.
Orders made by December 10th will be delivered before the holidays.
Prices do not include tax.

Inclement Weather
Snow season is upon us. Occasionally, the studio will close to adverse
weather conditions. We usually follow school closures, but will
sometimes cancel after school. If you're not sure about the weather,
please give us a call. We will always leave a closure notice on our
voicemail
|

the 11th, with a late fee of $15.00 Please include this with your check.

DRESS CODE
Please make sure that your child has the appropriate color leotard and
supplies as per the dress code. All supplies can be ordered through us.
Skirts are allowed only for Toddlers, Level I, Level II, & Level IIA. Level III
and above must wear only leotard and tights for ballet and hair must be
pulled back. Any student not in proper attire will not be allowed to
participate in that class. We have skirts available to order. Please see
our display in the front lobby. All supply orders must be paid in
advanced.
